Joy Lau is a NY Emmy nominated documentary filmmaker, internationally published illustrator, animator, and multi-media visual storyteller. Her focus is on community engagement and developing creative methods of visual expression and storytelling.
Since leaving a career as a NYC project architect in 2012, Joy has developed a second career as a multi-media visual storyteller, building long standing creative collaborations with other artists, filmmakers, writers, and musicians.
